Sixth Form

A tailored Sixth Form curriculum

As part of our Sixth Form, our students take advantage of our unique and tailored curriculum, and a wide choice of subjects to study. Students continue to be known as individuals, with our enrichment programme encouraging continued and effective personal development.

Sixth Form has no formal school uniform, but rather our dress code is based upon business principles to recognise our students’ growing maturity.

To study A Levels at Sackville a student needs to gain at least five Grade 4 passes with a minimum of a 5 Grade (or a 7 to study Maths, French or Spanish and an 8 to study Further Maths) in the subject to be followed in the Sixth Form.  However, this is not prescriptive and consideration will be given to a student who can demonstrate the ability and maturity to cope with the A Level courses here. We are committed to ensuring that our Sixth Formers leave Sackville as mature, confident young adults who are well prepared and qualified for their life ahead.

They also have the opportunity to take part in exciting opportunities that arise at school, including the Duke of Edinburgh Awards and many other courses and coaching.
