Sackville Parent and Staff Association

The Sackville PSA was formed with the intention of providing additional resources which enhance the teaching and learning of our children. However, we also feel that it is important for parents to play an active part in school life and to contribute to Sackville’s unique, family atmosphere.  To this end the Committee, which meets once or twice per term, arrange various social fund raising events which provide a great way to meet other parents on an informal  basis.  Social events organised recently include a Quiz Night, BBQ, and even a Ball. 

Over the years the Sackville Association has raised thousands of pounds through the success of these events and has invested in many areas including items as diverse as a 3D printer for Design and Technology, sewing machines for Art and Textiles and a light and sound programmer for the Drama Studio.  This year we are funding the refurbishment of the Library.

When your child joins Sackville you automatically become a member of the Association. We are parents just like you and we always welcome new people to get involved, either as a committee member, or simply to offer your help and support at an event. We can be found in attendance at most of the school events, often providing refreshments and support, so please come and speak to us or for a more direct and immediate contact email us at
