18/19th Jan - Research how your chosen religion is represented in the Media. (Islam/Christianity/Sikhism) Consider researching newspaper articles/film reviews. By research I mean typing in at least three different search ideas. Consider wheteher the portrayals you have found offers a positive, negative or balanced represenation. Make notes in your exercise books. Be sure to include web addresses as we will look at these together at the start of next lesson.

25/26 Jan - Prepare a short speech (3 min) ready to offer as part of our debate to consider the motion, ' Religion is no longer necessary in today's society'. You should also try to 'debate' the motion at home with your parents, your Aunty Florance, your siblings etc to help prepare your ideas and response in class.
