We place great store on the pastoral guidance offered to our students by their personal tutors.  We strongly encourage close communication between home and school through the students personal tutor.

The Leadership Programme is designed to help students develop their skills and potential in team building, motivation, responsibility and delegation.

All Year 9 students are prepared for the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme, which forms an important element in their personal and social development.

Some students have specific educational needs.  For example, should a child have dyslexia then this should not be a barrier to academic success.  First class specialist help is available for those who need an extra boost to achieve their potential.

Booster Clubs operate after school for all students who need them.  If a student requires more formal, targeted help then extra tuition can be arranged, at additional cost.
